Lin Shiyong Mandarin

Huang Feihong's (played by Kwan Tak Hing) disciple Lin Shirong (played by Sammo Hung) makes a living selling pork, and the locals call him 'Pork Rong'. Lin Shirong has a good heart and often fights for justice, but his impulsive and overly clever nature often leads him into trouble. One day, Lin Shirong mistakenly hits a student of the local martial arts force 'Wulong Hall'. The hall leader, Gao Baitian (played by Li Haisheng), storms into Baozhilin with a group to demand an explanation. Huang Feihong cleverly resolves the situation, but Lin Shirong cannot avoid punishment. Lin Shirong's younger brother, Lin Shiguang, arrives from the countryside to seek refuge with Shirong, but Gao Baitian's son, Gao Dahai, covets Shiguang's wife and devises a plan to kidnap her, brutally beating Shiguang in the process. When Shirong finally sees his younger brother after a long time, he mistakenly identifies Shiguang as a thug and injures him in a confrontation with Gao Dahai. Despairing, Shiguang contemplates suicide, but encounters a down-and-out martial arts master (played by Fan Meisheng) who saves him. Gao Dahai then plots again to seek protection from Shirong, but the brothers finally recognize each other. Shiguang's wife is rescued by Shirong, but in the process of saving her, Shirong foolishly carries off Gao Baitian's adopted daughter as well, getting himself into even greater trouble.
