Synopsis

Filmmaker Du Huizhang (played by Stephen Chow) recounts during a lecture at a university, at the request of students, his most painful and embarrassing sacrifice in his film career: after his low-quality works led to a divorce, he was constantly pursued for alimony, and his assistant Liu Qian'er (played by Fiona Sit) irresponsibly lost the new film project plan. In his dire circumstances, a friend, Lei Yongcheng (played by Ray Lui), introduces him to a wealthy second-generation from Guangxi, Brother Baolong (played by Ronald Cheng). Faced with the tyrannical and perverse Brother Baolong, Du makes a nearly brain-melting sacrifice, finally securing a promise of investment, but he must invite the already retired star Shao Yinyin (played by Shao Yinyin) to shoot the sequel of a sultry blockbuster. After this, he convinces Shao and brings in lead actor Ye Shanhao (played by Ye Shanhao), model Xu Jiaxin (played by Chan Hing), and director Heizi Da (played by Zou Kaiguang) to join the project.With everything in place, they only lack the right momentum, but unexpected situations keep occurring, and Producer Du faces the biggest crisis and challenge of his career...
