Interpol agent Long Zhiqiang (played by Sammo Hung) is targeted for revenge by a criminal organization led by 'Madam Rose' after uncovering a crime deal worth over one hundred million yuan, resulting in the extermination of his family and the abduction of his daughter, Xiao Feng. Long Zhiqiang narrowly escapes disaster and firmly believes that his daughter is still alive. Xiao Feng (played by Fish Leong) is brainwashed by Madam Rose and trained to become a super assassin. Fifteen years later, she debuts and, along with her fellow trainees, unleashes a killing spree in the underworld. Due to Xiao Feng's exceptional martial arts skills, she successfully completes every mission, leading Madam Rose to expand the criminal organization with tasks that span the globe. During one mission, Xiao Feng gets injured after allowing a target to escape. A gene test by the police reveals that Xiao Feng's DNA matches exactly with that of Long Zhiqiang's missing daughter from years ago. Determined to investigate anew and confront Madam Rose's organization, Long Zhiqiang is unprepared for the shocking revelation that he has become the target of his own daughter’s assassination.
