 Synopsis
During the Republic of China era, the master thief Duo Zhi Shou (played by Stephen Chow) roamed the world, his stealing skills unmatched. What is even more remarkable is that he is a noble outlaw, dedicated to robbing the rich to help the poor and punishing evil to promote good. He also adopted seven homeless orphans and together they created a happy fairyland. He dreams of gathering enough money to open an orphanage soon. Officer Bald Nose (played by Anthony Chan) offended the new bureau chief's (played by Ng Ma) father-in-law and was assigned to apprehend Duo Zhi Shou. The two engaged in a brilliant back-and-forth, during which Bald Nose gradually became moved by Duo Zhi Shou's righteous spirit and was reluctant to arrest him, while Duo Zhi Shou voluntarily surrendered to avoid causing trouble for Bald Nose. This caused great distress for the seven children in the fairyland…
