Even Huang Feihong has his moments of embarrassment: trusting his disciples Liang Kuan (played by Liang Jiarun) and Ya Cha Su (played by Zhang Weijian), he actually moved Baizhilin next to a brothel. This made his many disciples extremely happy. The brothel owner, Huang Shihu (played by Chen Baixiang), sees Huang Feihong as an idol and wishes to be his disciple, but is ignored; his sister (played by Yuan Yongyi) and other prostitutes keep their distance from him. The Qing Dynasty official Lei Yixiao (played by Xu Zhongxin) is actually a remnant of the Boxer Rebellion; he colludes with higher officials and the monk from the Nengren Temple to abduct women, planning to sell them to the South Seas. Plot summary: After Huang Feihong learns of Lei's conspiracy, he begins to find ways to rescue the abducted women, making him a thorn in Lei's side. Soon he performs a lion dance with Liang Kuan and Ya Cha Su, but due to taking Western medicine as an experimental subject to treat a patient, he suddenly becomes deaf in both ears and is defeated by a centipede disguised by Lei and his henchmen. On the way back to Foshan for treatment, he meets Tie Yan (played by Zhang Min) and her father, who misinterpret him; they regarded him and Lei Yixiao as a gang when they arrived in Guangzhou from Sichuan searching for their missing sister, having overheard a conversation between Lei and Huang.
