Kolkata is a place where rogues gather. Various kinds of thugs roam rampant in this city, doing as they please. The leader of these thugs, Rawat, even became a minister. One day, a group including Rawat's brother was killed in an extremely brutal manner. Enraged, Rawat called in the CBI to find the killer. Cherry is a computer engineer who falls in love at first sight with the beautiful Madhu and starts to win over Madhu's older brother, Babbu, the leader of the Hyderabad thugs.
