The film tells the story of Xie Xiaoxing, who has been influenced by his father since childhood and aspires to be a firefighter. Just as he is about to retire, he receives a transfer order to the elite firefighting team "Sea Dragon Team," becoming a true firefighting hero. In the Sea Dragon Team, he encounters comrades who share life and death experiences, as well as the tough instructor Wang Haoze, and unexpectedly uncovers the past connection between Wang Haoze and his father. Meanwhile, an unnoticed hazard at his mother's carbonization plant suddenly brings danger, and Xiaoxing and his teammates rush to carry out a difficult rescue of workers trapped in the toxic gas workshop.
