In the city of Dewey, Utah, there is a government laboratory conducting a secret experiment. Prior to this, humanity received messages from alien civilizations, including the DNA composition of extraterrestrial beings and methods for life restructuring. Scientists at the Utah laboratory used the information provided by aliens to cultivate a new human with alien DNA called 'Ser'.
