Sam Stazek is a police academy graduate who became a police officer like his foster father after graduation. Shortly after starting work, a series of police murders occurred, and the killers appeared to be ordinary citizens. Despite his deep hatred for such cold-blooded killings, he was reluctant to use his special 'talents' to prevent crimes. However, after his partner was murdered, he had no choice but to use his 'talents.' Through the autopsy of the killer's body, he discovered that someone was performing a mad form of surgery to control people by piercing tiny holes in their eardrums, turning them into assassins. Now, Sam must race against time to uncover this mastermind, or more police officers will lose their lives.
