Cooper (played by Reese Witherspoon) is a hot-tempered policewoman with a strong sense of justice. Under her boss's arrangement, she accepts a challenging task to escort a blonde beauty named Daniella (played by Sofia Vergara) to Dallas, where Daniella will become a key witness against a drug lord. What Cooper didn't expect was that Daniella's personality ignites just as easily as her own; two tigers cannot coexist on the same mountain, and from the moment they meet, the two women are filled with intense hostility, indicating that this will not be a peaceful journey. To make matters worse, not long after they set off, they were ambushed by gang members, and Daniella's husband, Mr. Riva (played by Vincent Laresca), tragically loses his life in the crossfire.
