 Synopsis
In 1980, along the Meuse River in Belgium, steel mills were closing one after another, causing thousands of workers to seek new livelihoods. Fabrice, a steelworker residing in Seraing, was not spared from this fate. He, who once prided himself on his vast knowledge of steel and excellent skills, felt as if he had become a useless person overnight, lacking any marketable skills, and he fell into a state of despair. His beloved wife, Céline, made various efforts to help her husband regain his spirits, yet all she received in return was his sudden disappearance. Her love for him kept her from giving up on the search, but could this love save the man whose heart was ashen?
