Peter (played by Darryl Stephens) is a gay man who, whether due to a unique taste or simply bad luck, has only dated men who are already taken, despite having been in several relationships. These doomed romances leave Peter constantly hurt, and over time, he becomes somewhat timid when it comes to love. Jack (played by Scott Bailey) has a beautiful wife and a lovely daughter, a decent career, and a good income. However, the more perfect his life appears, the more he feels an emptiness within, because he is actually attracted to men. To maintain the normalcy of his life, he has no choice but to suppress his true desires. These two men encounter each other under the whims of fate, and soon sparks of passion fly between them, unaware that these small sparks will ultimately ignite into a blazing fire.
