In a boring seaside town in France, a bizarre car accident leads to a shocking decapitation case, with two major alien forces— the evil Empire 0 and the benevolent Empire 1— lurking behind the suspenseful mystery. A warrior from Empire 0 possesses a common fisherman, and together they give birth to a hybrid prince, spreading demon blood, putting cosmic peace at risk; in order to stop Empire 0 from using underhanded tactics to invade Earth, a princess from Empire 1 is tasked by her queen to indiscriminately slay enemy soldiers and civilians.
