Mysterious life forms suddenly appeared over Japan, randomly abducting women from Earth. Innocent women who are abducted are forced to become pregnant while bound all over their bodies, and then sent back to Earth. One day, Mutsuki Rei's younger sister, Ami, is tragically captured by an unknown creature. To rescue her beloved sister, she has no choice but to cooperate with the Ministry of Defense to fight against the invasion of these mysterious floating entities.
