When Adam (played by Leigh Whannell) wakes up, he finds himself trapped in an abandoned restroom. Across from him is Lawrence (played by Cary Elwes), who shares the same fate—they are both chained by their legs, and to their shock, a horrific corpse lies between them. The dead man is bloodied, holding a tape recorder in his left hand and a gun in his right. A tape has been placed in Adam's pocket, and he hurriedly puts it into the tape recorder. The tape says that Lawrence must kill Adam by 6 PM tonight, or both of them will die, and Lawrence's family will not be spared either. The blood spilling from the corpse is extremely toxic. A bloody game of death begins. With little time left, they must find clues to escape this hell. Just when they think they are about to see the light of day again, a new round of nightmares is only just beginning.
