The film is based roughly on a series of events that took place in December 1995, which eventually led to the murder of three drug dealers in Raytenden, Essex, England.On December 6, three well-known drug dealers Patrick Tate, Craig Rolf and Tony Tucker were lured to Workhouse Lane in Rettenden.They sat in a Range Rover car and were shot dead by a shotgun.They were lured to this point, on the pretext that it was a lucrative drug deal.The next morning, on December 7, 1995, the bodies of the three people were found.
