However, on the way, a careless delivery worker, Malik (played by Hakim Jemili), crashes into him on his bicycle. Although George is not seriously injured, it triggers his old ailment - sciatica. Left with no choice, Malik has to take over George's duties, becoming a temporary doctor heading to the patient's house, while George instructs him via phone on how to treat the patient.
