The inept Teddy, who is great at messing up everything, wanted to create a birthday surprise for his wife. However, due to a series of accidents, he stumbled into a gang crime scene and was mistaken for the fearsome cold-blooded killer known as the 'man from Toronto.' To save his life, Teddy reluctantly goes along with the mistake and pretends to be a hitman to carry out a mission. Meanwhile, the real cold-blooded killer has no choice but to team up with Teddy, leading to a hilariously absurd and dangerous adventure. Their escapade begins, filled with comedy and life-threatening situations.
