Princess Ahmanet of Egypt (played by Sofia Boutella) made a pact with the god of death, Set, in her quest to become the queen of a unified Egypt. However, her plan failed, and she was ultimately turned into a mummy, dying with resentment. A thousand years later, Navy SEAL Nick (played by Tom Cruise) accidentally stumbles upon an ancient tomb buried underground during a mission, awakening the spirit of Ahmanet. Now returned to the world, Ahmanet decides to use Nick's body as a vessel for Set's soul, aiming to realize her ambitions to rule in this new world.To stop Ahmanet's scheme, Nick teams up with archaeologist Jenny (played by Annabelle Wallis) to combat the army of mummies. As they face the fierce Ahmanet, can Nick achieve ultimate victory and save humanity?
