The bloody massacre of Jack Kimbrell's (played by Matthew Knight) family shocked all of Chicago, and Jack himself was brutally murdered in a tightly monitored psychiatric hospital room. Since then, the apartment where the Kimbrell family lived became notorious as a haunted house, with residents fleeing the premises. Only the apartment manager Max (played by Gil McKinney), his sister Rose (Jadie Hobson), and his niece Lisa (Johanna Braddy) chose to remain. The young and frail Rose seems to be able to see the pale-faced boy, and Max's condition begins to deteriorate increasingly. Kayoko's sister, Naoko (Emi Ikehata), arrives at the apartment through a newspaper, knowing that Kayoko's resentment is not yet over, and this evil spirit's new killing spree has just begun...
