Saying goodbye to a stage, leaving a relationship, and bidding farewell to a past life is always a long process. A mother at the end of her marriage is with her son, arriving at a holiday house in southern France for the last tidying up, preparing to bid farewell to this large house filled with happy memories. The mother, still mourning her lost feelings, finds her relationship with her son becoming increasingly estranged. In the face of the bright yet silent scenery, the appearance of a man brings varying degrees of shock to the two, beautifully marking the end of a marriage, the conclusion of youth, and the collapse of a middle-class family.
