Mark (played by Chow Yun-fat) and Zhiming (played by Tony Leung) are cousins and overseas Chinese from Vietnam, currently developing in Hong Kong. To raise enough money to bring Uncle Song to Hong Kong, they decide to help the local gang smuggle arms to Vietnam.
