One day, an American spacecraft was attacked by an unidentified flying object, and the U.S. suspected it was a Soviet conspiracy aimed at dominating space. The U.S. tracked the landing site of the unidentified flying object to Japan, so the British military sent 007 (played by Sean Connery) to Japan to investigate on behalf of the Americans. Due to 007's special identity, entering Japan directly would make it easier for the enemy to detect him. To keep a low profile, 007 faked his death in Hong Kong and then entered Japan under a new identity. On the other hand, the Soviet spacecraft was also attacked, and the Soviets similarly suspected it was an American conspiracy. After a thorough investigation, 007 discovered that the mastermind behind the entire plot was actually a Japanese chemical company!
