Jin (played by Kim Director), Jeffrey (played by Jeffrey Donovan), Erica (played by Erica Leerhsen), and three other clueless young people venture once again into the dark and mysterious Black Hills forest. As night falls, the group camps next to a house belonging to Rustin, the notorious killer who was once manipulated by the Blair Witch and murdered seven children. Daylight comes, and strangely, the young people find that they have collectively lost their memories of the previous night; no one knows what happened or whether what they heard and saw was a dream or reality. After leaving the Black Hills forest, they gather at Jeffrey's house, where each person attempts to uncover the truth behind the events. Gradually, bizarre occurrences begin to happen, and various pieces of evidence suggest that although the five of them physically escaped the Black Hills forest, they remain under the witch's control.
