Mr. Lee, the mysterious boss of South Korea's largest drug trafficking organization, is extremely arrogant. Drug enforcement team leader Zhao Yuanhao (played by Zhao Zhenxiong) rescues Xu Yongle (played by Liu Junlie), who was in charge of liaison work within the organization, from the explosion site. During interrogation, it is revealed that Xu was originally responsible for contacting the drug lord Lin (played by Kim Ju-hyuk), who operates overseas, and got inadvertently caught up in the organization's purge due to returning to the country early.
