Set in London, an energy company held an annual meeting in the tallest skyscraper shard building in Western Europe, a group of radical activists came to smash the ground and took 300 hostages to expose the host's corruption.And their just cause was disturbed by a fanatical extremist in the ranks, who was ready to murder everyone in the building and deliver his anarchist message to the world.The turn of the situation eventually fell on Joey Rock, a former soldier who is now a window cleaner who will hang on the 90th floor outside the building to save the trapped people and subdue the murderer, while finding ways to bring corrupt energy tycoons to justice.
