Soon after, Ishikawa destroyed the car of Kawata's upper-level leader Yatsu Koosaburo (played by Akira Ando) out of anger after being reprimanded, leading to a series of disasters that caused significant backlash against Ishikawa. After getting drunk and stabbing the leader, he committed a grave crime against the gang and was expelled from Tokyo for 10 years. A year later, Ishikawa, who had developed a drug addiction in Osaka, returned to Tokyo, where the relationship between Imai, pressured by Kawata, deteriorated with Ishikawa. Ishikawa then pointed a gun at the chest of his former sworn brother...
