The male protagonist is a top expert in the field of biology. While collecting butterflies, he discovers a rare species and brings it home. His wife, the female protagonist, is delighted to have a night with her husband. The next day, the female protagonist sees a strange doll in her husband's work materials and begins to feel uneasy. After the male protagonist returns from a trip to the countryside, he brings back the daughter of a shaman priestess to work as a nanny. The female protagonist finds the same doll in the nanny's belongings and starts to suspect a relationship between her husband and the nanny, ultimately leading her to a mental breakdown.
