Back then, Yukio Todou (played by Gou Jihaku) was imprisoned for robbery and armed offenses. After seven years of suffering in prison, he regained his freedom, having experienced countless hardships. He sought out Haoping, who had participated in the robbery with him but had fled at the last moment. Yukio had no intention of taking revenge on Haoping, who had already built a happy family; instead, he hoped to find another accomplice, Youji, who had never been present at the scene. After that, Yukio visited a desolate bar to see the wife of his prison mate, Ryuichi. During his time in prison, Yukio developed a high fever, and Ryuichi clashed with the prison guards in an attempt to get him medical help, ultimately dying with regret. Yukio made a pact with another inmate, Masahiro (played by Arata Iura), to live and seek revenge against those who had deprived them of their happiness. Soon, he arrived at the Seagull Hotel by the sea, where the owner was Youji, and he also encountered a mysterious woman in white...
