The shy and quiet French girl, Fanny, participates in her school's exchange student program and comes to Germany to stay with her pen pal, Lena. Lena is cold and defensive, and language is a wall between them. To break down Lena's barriers, Fanny shares her worries and secrets, bringing them closer together. As time goes by, love does not need translation; instead, it flourishes amidst the language gap. This time, it's Lena's turn to go to France for an exchange, staying at Fanny's home, where she gradually discovers that Fanny's secrets seem to be more complicated than they appear. Worse still, her feelings have become increasingly deep.
