Tony and Julia are a couple living a double life in the upper class. Tony is a successful plastic surgeon who frequently engages in affairs with female clients who have undergone breast augmentation surgery, particularly drawn to those with D-cup sizes. In an effort to save her marriage, Julia ends her affair with Matthew and arranges a seaside trip with her husband, while their daughter secretly follows them on the boat. Unwilling to let go, Matthew rents another yacht to follow them out to sea. A sudden storm disrupts everyone's plans, and Tony rescues a drifting inflatable boat only to find that the stranded man is Matthew, whom Julia pretends not to recognize. Tony then discovers Matthew's yacht, where a woman, stripped of her clothes, claims she was raped and imprisoned on the boat by Matthew, causing Tony to worry about the safety of his wife and daughter...
