A high school student has feelings for his teacher and decides to write her a love letter. The teacher tears the letter into pieces in front of the whole class, leaving him feeling humiliated. After feeling down, the boy visits the school nurse to talk about it. The nurse tries to comfort him by giving him some medication, then continues to manipulate his mind - just like they do. The teacher walks in and defecates on the fan. A potential love triangle? Or a murder mystery?
