In the capital, female bodyguard Shen Feiyan (played by Wu Xiaomin) is invited by wealthy merchant Liu Dapeng (played by Sui Shuyang) to escort goods. According to the introduction from the Liu family's steward, strange incidents have been occurring frequently at the Liu residence recently, leading Liu's mother (played by Bai Han) to suspect the presence of evil spirits.
