Synopsis

Heroic police officer Chan Ka-Kui (played by Jackie Chan) is back again. However, his fiery and outspoken personality leads to a fierce argument with his boss over his dissatisfaction with the decision to let an extremely dangerous criminal go free, resulting in his resignation in anger. During a trip with his girlfriend, Ka-Kui is pulled back into action when a telephone company is threatened with bombing. True to his nature, Ka-Kui immediately rushes to the scene to investigate the case. However, just as one crisis is settling, another emerges. The bomber blows up the police station's front door and kidnaps Ka-Kui's girlfriend, demanding that Ka-Kui bring a large ransom to a warehouse in exchange for the hostage. When Ka-Kui arrives at the warehouse with the huge sum of money, he discovers that it is already filled with bombs...
