After the doll murder incident was reported by the media, it sparked concerns about market prospects for the toy company that produced 'Chucky.' The toy company recalled the remains of Chucky to repair them, trying to prove to shareholders that the murderous toy was just a rumor. However, upon completion of the repairs, Chucky was immediately resurrected, causing chaos and eventually escaping. Meanwhile, Andy (played by Alex Vincent) and his mother are receiving psychological treatment, while a kind couple temporarily takes care of Andy. According to the soul transfer spell, if Chucky wants to avoid the fate of being personified along with the doll, he must inhabit the first person who knows his secret—namely, Andy. Chucky has little time left and seeks out Andy to prepare to invade his body. In an attempt to evade Chucky, Andy ends up facing misunderstandings and reprimands from the adults around him, and a girl named Kelly, who was adopted alongside Andy, also gets caught up in this extraordinary event of the doll trying to take over Andy's body...
