Julia and Sarah (played by Belen Rueda) are a pair of twin sisters. These beautiful sisters, in the prime of their lives, suffer from degenerative disorders. A year ago, Sarah went completely blind, and Julia's vision is also gradually deteriorating. On a dark night, Sarah hangs herself. In the back of her mind, Julia feels an unsettling sense of doom, and the next day, she and her husband Isaac (played by Lluis Homar) drive to her sister's residence, where they are met with the unbelievable news of her death. However, various signs indicate that Sarah may not have committed suicide; it seems she had a mysterious man accompanying her in her final days. Julia tries to follow these clues, but her actions make Isaac very anxious, and the panic also accelerates her vision decline. As darkness approaches, Julia faintly senses a mysterious man lingering around her.
