A ship in a port in South America is hiding 400 million dollars, which was concealed by Danny Seville's brother. After Seville's brother was murdered, Danny became a wanted man - undercover agent Cole Parker of the Drug Enforcement Agency and drug lord Loomis's henchman Amo O'Malley are also searching for him. Seville and Parker join forces to find the ship.
