This drama is the swan song of screenwriter Suzuki, adapted from a manga of the same name. It tells the story of Okagatani Wataru, a top reporter in the social department of a major newspaper, who witnesses his wife's infidelity and decides to get a divorce. In order to win custody of his daughter, he prepares extensively, including changing departments and working from home, but the lawyer he consults believes that a father's chances of winning custody are only 10%. Moreover, his wife's lover has an unknown past. Wataru and his detective partner work hard to gather evidence of his wife's infidelity, battling in a difficult lawsuit with only a 10% chance of success.
