In an undeveloped secret place near the equator in the Republic of Cuowai, rich rare earth resources have been discovered. Murakami Commerce from Japan is trying to obtain local development rights, but faces opposition from the indigenous people and is cursed by the witch Bounoi (played by Kiko Mizuhara).
