At the end of the Third Reich, the wives and girlfriends of Nazi traitors were in concentration camps. Their guards decided to escape from Germany. They needed a lot of money to buy fake passports, so they decided to open a brothel in the camp. Lorenzo Gicca Palli's 'Liebes Lager' is surprising. Of course, there is a lot of positive female nudity, with only a little bit of violence. The film ends with a massive gun battle between Nazis, Allied prisoners of war, and female inmates. The obvious downside of 'Liebes Lager' is the incredibly bad and annoying music, some unfunny jokes, and dull moments. The lazy Italian Nazi sub-genre 'Liebes Lager' is worth a look. 6 out of 10 has large-scale hangings.
