Kousaka Kengo (played by Kento Yamazaki) is a young man who appears very gloomy. Due to his severe obsessive-compulsive disorder, Kengo struggles to interact normally with others, causing him significant pain. One day, a mysterious man approaches Kengo with a special request: to help a high school girl named Sato Shou (played by Nana Komatsu), who refuses to attend school because she suffers from a fear of public spaces. The mysterious man hopes Kengo can assist this girl.At first, Shou reacts very defensively to Kengo's attention, verbally attacking him and displaying a terrible attitude. However, Kengo, who has similar experiences, soon realizes that this aggression is merely a form of self-protection for Shou, a behavior he understands very well. Gradually, the distance between Kengo and Shou starts to close.
