One day, the handsome young man Soichiro Shunji (played by Takehara Mumei) meets the serene and gentle Ye Shi Chieko (played by Aizome Kyoko) at a dental hospital. Shunji is captivated by her demeanor and stares at her for a long time, almost losing himself in the moment. After a while, both of them enter the examination room, and after anesthesia, their consciousness gradually fades, taking them into a bizarre, lust-filled fantasy world. Shunji dreams that he arrives at a ballroom where Chieko is gracefully dancing on stage as a dancer. The well-dressed dentist (played by Sato Kei) transforms into an evil and perverted boss, brutally abusing and humiliating Chieko. Shunji tries everything to rescue Chieko from this place. However, everything before him is both real and surreal, making it difficult to distinguish between truth and illusion, as if it were a nightmare that pierces to the bone...
