British industrial tycoon Bruce Reeve (played by Craig Fairbrass) wields unmatched wealth and popularity, presenting himself to the outside world as a philanthropist. However, his series of profit-generating methods has drawn accusations from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Even amidst this controversy, he remains unflustered as he boards a private jet bound for a crucial meeting in Paris, France. Meanwhile, CIA agent Paul Ross (played by Randy Couture) has just lost his closest friend, Joe Ballard (played by Vinnie Jones), in a recent operation. As he wallows in frustration, his colleague receives a series of critical intelligence reports. The notorious criminal organization known as 'The Tribe', infamous for drug trafficking, market manipulation, and terrorist activities, has set its sights on Reeve's securities company, and they are planning to hijack the plane to kidnap him.
