Sandra (played by Matilde Gioli) is a young psychology graduate who has just been hired by the renowned online therapy website GETHELP.COM. However, when she returns home and confesses everything to her boyfriend of 10 years, Stefano (played by Francesco Centolame), she finds him holding a suitcase: he is breaking up with her without any explanation. Sandra falls into a complete crisis as she demands to know why she has been abandoned. Ironically, on her first day at work, she not only discovers a loophole on the website that allows her to use the identity and photo of a vibrant 70-year-old woman, but she also finds out that one of her first patients is her ex-boyfriend. She quickly shuts off the webcam to avoid being recognized and disguises herself as the elderly therapist.
