The dart king Tashi (played by An Yaping) was favored by the foreigner Tom (played by Long Wei) and was bribed to his command to help him transport drugs. In order to make Tashi die, Tom promised to redeem Tashi's good friend Cuihua (played by Ma Junqin) from the brothel with a lot of money.
