Synopsis

The Hong Kong police received a tape that indicated three members of the police force had allegedly used violence against a man on the street. As a result, members of the Complaints Division of the Hong Kong police began investigating members of the Police Tactical Unit (PTU). Officer Li Weng-sum (played by Simon Yam) from the PTU realized that the officers in the tape were himself and his colleagues, while the person being assaulted was a criminal nicknamed 'Big Hemp.' Therefore, Ah-sum decided to cover up the incident above and to seek a private resolution with 'Big Hemp' below. Meanwhile, 'Big Hemp' had gone missing. Officer Ma Ba (played by Kok-lin Lee) sought financial assistance from the police but was denied and later was assaulted by his superior during an operation, pushing him to a dead end in life. Tensions rose among the three police forces overnight; could they resolve their respective problems?
