Aken (played by Li Jun) brings his girlfriend Lingling (played by Xu Lingling) and a group of friends to a remote deserted island to throw a lively and exhilarating party. However, upon arriving at the island, they realize that they are not the only group of tourists there. Three gangsters, Xianshi, Shui and Shanzhu (played by Huang Qiusheng), have also come to the island, intending to visit a gang leader who is in hiding there. The presence of the gangsters brings a sense of danger to Aken and his friends, but they are not the real problem. Xianshi and Shanzhu are killed one after another, and the remaining Shui turns to Aken for help. This indicates that there are a group of bloodthirsty and brutal killers hidden on the island, and worse still, their true identity is that they are a group of leprosy patients.
