In the harbor city of Morioh, known for its blue seas and comfortable living, bizarre and strange deaths have occurred one after another over the past three years. Heaven has turned into hell, and everyone lives in fear. A slacker high school student, Kazuya Hirose (played by Ryunosuke Kamiki), is bullied by delinquents on his way to school, but through this, he meets his classmate Josuke Higashikata (played by Kenta Yamazaki). The pompadoured Josuke possesses a mysterious 'Stand', which makes him different from others. He uses his 'Stand' to stop a robbery at a convenience store, only to become the target of the serial killer Angelo, played by Takayuki Yamada. Soon, a man named Jotaro Kujo (played by Yusuke Iseya) arrives in Morioh, leading Josuke to learn about his own origins. Meanwhile, a man named Akihito Nijimura (played by Masaki Okada), who also possesses Stand abilities, shows his menacing side, and a great battle becomes inevitable... This film is adapted from Hirohiko Araki's manga of the same name.
