Police officer Sir (played by Chan Bak Cheung) orders his subordinates, Xu Ren (played by Yau Man Lok), Fat Qiu (played by Lam Chi Chung), and Silly Qiang (played by Dou Man Ze), to go undercover in the gang of crime boss Zeng Chen (played by Zeng Zhi Wei) to obtain evidence.
