The otaku game designer Hang Yuan (played by Du Jiang) has had a crush on his school’s top student Li Ruoxin (played by Xue Kaichi) since childhood, but every time he plans to confess, she is already in a new relationship. After being betrayed by her fiancé, Li Ruoxin no longer believes in men and grows closer to her best friend Sammi (played by Li Yuan).
